PROCESSING FEE: We may require a $300.00 deposit/holding fee in order to process this application. In the event you are not approved, this $300.00 fee will be refunded to you. If you are accepted as a Tenant, this fee will be credited towards your total Security Deposit. If you are approved and elect not to sign a lease, the $300.00 deposit shall be retained by Accent Properties as a NON-REFUNDABLE Application Fee. Applicant shall have 2 days from notification to sign said Lease. This application does not guarantee that said property will be available until Lease Agreement is signed.
