After graduating from Indiana University, Gary moved to Boulder in 1972 where he started in property management and formed his first real estate company in 1976. Today his favorite activity is still helping people achieve their real estate goals, combining a friendly energetic enthusiasm with shrewd negotiating skills. His aims: “I enjoy educating my clients to the market, assisting them to make the best decision that suits their needs. What gives me the greatest pleasure is negotiating a good deal for my clients.”
